The other day I wrote about how Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsak would be visiting Montana. Saturday, March 6th, different ag leaders and agency representatives were able to attend a breakfast meeting with Mr. Vilsak. MSGA President got a chance to voice some of his concerns to Mr. Vilsak at the meeting. Two of the things that President Hougen brought up were developing a brucelloisis plan and eminant domain.
